The Company announces that it yesterday received notification that Mr. Keith Archibald Ritchie, a Non Executive Director of the Company, had transferred non beneficial ownership of 50,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") to another individual. Mr Ritchie previously held non beneficial ownership of these shares as a trustee. Following this transaction Mr Ritchie has a beneficial and non beneficial interest of 1,027,280 ordinary shares representing 9.73% of the current issued share capital.
