The Company was notified that Mr. C Jarvis, a director of the Company, sold 6,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company "Ordinary Shares") to Mr C Martin, also a director of the Company, on 21 September 2006. The transaction price was £1.21 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Jarvis's and Mr Martin's respective beneficial interests in the ordinary share capital of the Company were 55,000 and 63,850 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.5 and 0.6 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
